I don’t have a lot of time to post today….but I’ll kick off the new year with a picture of Jacob (almost 7 months old) on New Years Day..
The new year has arrived with its lackluster feeling and this time without a zillion ambitions and resolutions. I have a goal – to eat more healthy, lose weight, and love myself more. I haven’t figured out the exact process for doing this yet but I’m working on something that is fool proof. I’m starting by cutting out junk food and caffeinated beverages and drinking ALOT more water. I think that’s a good start. I’m also planning to eat out less and pay attention to portion sizes because I think that’s been a huge oversight on my part throughout the years. Obviously to take off a significant amount of weight there will need to be other adjustments but this is where I am starting.
