Weekly Family Meal Plan!

Our quest to be more budget savvy when it comes to grocery shopping, eat a little more healthy, and be a “greener” family continues with week #3 of our Meal Planning….

Sunday – Crock Pot Pulled BBQ Pork Sammies, Tossed Garden Salad, and Steamed Carrot Medallions

– Teryiaki Chicken Stir Fry (red/yellow/orange peppers, onion, bean sprouts, mushrooms, snow peas) over Steamed Rice

– Roasted Vegetarian Flat Bread (Pesto Sauce, Grilled Yellow and Green Zuchinni, Red Onion, Boconchini Cheese and Feta), Tossed Garden Salad

– Mince Meat Pies, Savoury Potato Wedges, Cold Veggie Tray

–  Grilled Pork Chips, Mashed Poatoes, Corn and Steamed Broccoli

– Fresh Tomato Basil Linguine, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread

– Dinner out after the Apple Farm

Saturday Breakfast – Cinnamon French Toast with sliced Strawberries and Banana’s
Sunday Breakfast –  Toasted Everything Bagels with Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese, Fresh Fruit
